Composition
Each bolus contains:
Sulfadiazine......................1g
Trimethoprim............200mg

Indications
Indicated in the treatment of acute, subacute and chronic conditions of bacterial origin in horses, cattle, dogs, and cats.
The therapeutic spectrum includes both gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria including Streptococci, Staphylococci, Actinobacilli, Actinomycae,
Salmonella, Pasteurella, Pneumococci, Proteus E. coli, Corynebacteria, Vibrio, Bordetella, Brucella, Klebsiellae and Haemophilae. It is also indicated in
species where there may be an existing antibiotic drug resistance.
This product may be administered in respiratory infections of bacterial origin including rhinitis. pneumonia, and bronchitis and in bacterial infections
secondary to viral disease such as viral pneumonia or mycoplasma infection. It is also indicated in urogenitial tract infections (cystitis, vaginitis, urethritis,
nephritis and metritis) and alimentary tract infections (including neonatal diarrhoea and salmonellosis). Other infections include foul-in-the-foot, severe
mastitis, bacterial agalactia of sows, and infections of eye, ear and mouth.

Administration and Dosage
Cattle and goats, horses: The recommended dose rate is 15mg of active ingredients is per kilogram body weight (0.2 bolus per 16kg body weight).
Dogs and cats: The recommended dose rate is 30mg of active ingredients per kilogram body weight (0.4 bolus per 8kg bodyweight).
Chicken: Dosage by dispersion in water: Disperse 0.5-1 bolus by shaking in about 5 L of water, for 5-7 days.

Precaution
1. It's easy to crystallize in the urinary tract, animals should be given plenty of water. And a large dose, long-term use should be given the same amount
of sodium bicarbonate.
2. When renal function is impaired, excretion is slow, should be used with caution.
3. Long- term use can reduce the absorption of vitamin B and vitamin K, so relevant vitamins should be supplemented.
4. Pay attention to cross-allergic reactions. If animals have allergic reactions, stop the medicine immediately and give symptomatic treatment.

Side Effects and Contraindication
Do not administer to animal with known sulphonamide sensitivity, severe liver parenchymal damage or blood dyscrasias.

Withdrawal Time
Meat: Cattle and goats 20 days   
Chicken: 1 day
Laying hens are prohibited during the laying period.
